Then to that add, shahi jeera, 1 green cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 black cardomom & a bay leaf. After few seconds, add rice to it & fry it for 2 to 3 mins. The rice will turn pure white from crystal colour. This means that your rice is fried well. Now add water to it..
  6. Add few drops of rose essence, salt as per your taste & sugar. Mix everything well. Then add the fried masalas along with eggs, potatoes & fried cauliflower pieces. Add fried cashews to it. Add some chopped coriander to it. Now give everything a good mix..
  7. Cover the pressure cooker & wait for two whistles on high flame. Then lower the flame & wait for 5 more mins. Then switch off the flame. Wait for the air to get released from the cooker. Then serve hot with raita of your choice..
