  8. For Layering: Take a big deep pot grease with some biryani masala oil put 1st layer of rice then gravy then rice and repeat rice should be on top..
  9. Sprinkle coriander leaves,mint leaves, green chillies, fried onions. Pour ghee on sides.. dissolve some food color in milk and kewra water plus few drops of bityani escensse..add this too..cover it and put on dam for 20-30 mints. Chicken Biryani is ready.
