  3. Now take a pan heat it pour the ghee into it now added all whole garam masala,stir for 10sec, now added sliced onions stil continue till onion gets soft and golden, now added ginger garlic paste, saute,now added chopped tomato into it,saute well till Tomato turn soft.
  4. Now added marinated vegetables into it saute well, now added rest of dry spices like garam masala and pawbhaji masala mix well, now added soaked rice mix all well in medium flame.
  5. Add salt to taste now added water as required, and cover it for 10 min in low flame,.
  6. When our rice cooked lastly added Biryani essences and fried dry fruits,off the flame, again cover it for 5min.
  7. Our vegetable Biryani is ready serve hot with chutney or raiyta sprinkle some chopped Coriander and Kasuri methi.
